Hearing my cell phone ringing nonstop, and waking me from the deep sleep and bomb ass dream that I was having I snatched my cell off of my nightstand to see who was calling my line. As I went to grab it, it started ringing again, causing me to answer it without checking to see who it was first.

“Quinn, I thought you were coming by?” Tisha bellowed into the phone as I tried to collect my bearings. “I was expecting you to be here for breakfast like usual. Where you at?”

“At home Tisha.” I sighed while rubbing the sleep from my eyes. “I’m just waking up.” I groaned feeling frustrated that I had gotten woken up from a very realistic dream that I was having of Karla.

Last night when Karla called me after she made it home, we ended up staying up late and cupcaking on the phone all night. The kisses we shared in her office lingered between the two of us which guided our conversation into us having phone sex. After we hung up last night, I ended up passing right out, falling asleep immediately, but thoughts of Karla lingered which led to me having an adult wet dream apparently.

“It sounds like somebody had a long night. Let me find out you giving my dick away.”

“Come on man. You already know what this is. You trippin’ ma.” I didn’t know what she was talking about because Tisha and I had an arrangement. We weren’t in a relationship, so this wasn’t her dick.

“No, but forreal, you coming through or not? I been up waiting on you, it’s almost one in the afternoon, just wondering if you were still coming?” she questioned, and I knew it was because she was in need of the money for her bills that she mentioned to me.

“Yea man, I’m coming through. Just let me get up, shower, and get dressed right quick and I will be there.”

“Sounds good. I hope you not going to stand me up. You been acting a lil' funny lately.”

“I’m not going to stand you up. I promise I will be there soon. Just get yaself ready ‘cause I'ma need your undivided attention when I get there. See you in a minute.” Hanging up while shaking my head, I peeled myself from bed and headed toward my bathroom.

While taking a shower I couldn’t help but to think about Karla. There was something about her that made me fall for her instantly. She was such a good woman, I enjoyed having conversation with her and the physical connection that we had was nothing that I had ever felt for a woman before. I felt a lil' intimidated by her because I felt that she was too perfect for me. I didn’t have an impressive background like she did, and I honestly didn’t know how she would feel if she knew everything about my childhood. I was beyond excited that she was at least open and willing to give me a chance and I was going to do everything in my power to show her that not all men were assholes.
